By those [winds] sent forth in gusts Al-Mursalat [1]

And the winds that blow violently Al-Mursalat [2]

And [by] the winds that spread [clouds] Al-Mursalat [3]

And those [angels] who bring criterion Al-Mursalat [4]

And those [angels] who deliver a message Al-Mursalat [5]

As justification or warning, Al-Mursalat [6]

Indeed, what you are promised is to occur. Al-Mursalat [7]

So when the stars are obliterated Al-Mursalat [8]

And when the heaven is opened Al-Mursalat [9]

And when the mountains are blown away Al-Mursalat [10]

And when the messengers' time has come... Al-Mursalat [11]

For what Day was it postponed? Al-Mursalat [12]

For the Day of Judgement. Al-Mursalat [13]

And what can make you know what is the Day of Judgement? Al-Mursalat [14]

Woe, that Day, to the deniers. Al-Mursalat [15]

Did We not destroy the former peoples? Al-Mursalat [16]

Then We will follow them with the later ones. Al-Mursalat [17]

Thus do We deal with the criminals. Al-Mursalat [18]

Woe, that Day, to the deniers. Al-Mursalat [19]

Did We not create you from a liquid disdained? Al-Mursalat [20]

And We placed it in a firm lodging Al-Mursalat [21]

For a known extent. Al-Mursalat [22]

And We determined [it], and excellent [are We] to determine. Al-Mursalat [23]

Woe, that Day, to the deniers. Al-Mursalat [24]

Have We not made the earth a container Al-Mursalat [25]

Of the living and the dead? Al-Mursalat [26]

And We placed therein lofty, firmly set mountains and have given you to drink sweet water. Al-Mursalat [27]

Woe, that Day, to the deniers. Al-Mursalat [28]

[They will be told], "Proceed to that which you used to deny. Al-Mursalat [29]

Proceed to a shadow [of smoke] having three columns Al-Mursalat [30]

[But having] no cool shade and availing not against the flame." Al-Mursalat [31]

Indeed, it throws sparks [as huge] as a fortress, Al-Mursalat [32]

As if they were yellowish [black] camels. Al-Mursalat [33]

Woe, that Day, to the deniers. Al-Mursalat [34]

This is a Day they will not speak, Al-Mursalat [35]

Nor will it be permitted for them to make an excuse. Al-Mursalat [36]

Woe, that Day, to the deniers. Al-Mursalat [37]

This is the Day of Judgement; We will have assembled you and the former peoples. Al-Mursalat [38]

So if you have a plan, then plan against Me. Al-Mursalat [39]

Woe, that Day, to the deniers. Al-Mursalat [40]

Indeed, the righteous will be among shades and springs Al-Mursalat [41]

And fruits from whatever they desire, Al-Mursalat [42]

[Being told], "Eat and drink in satisfaction for what you used to do." Al-Mursalat [43]

Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. Al-Mursalat [44]

Woe, that Day, to the deniers. Al-Mursalat [45]

[O disbelievers], eat and enjoy yourselves a little; indeed, you are criminals. Al-Mursalat [46]

Woe, that Day, to the deniers. Al-Mursalat [47]

And when it is said to them, "Bow [in prayer]," they do not bow. Al-Mursalat [48]

Woe, that Day, to the deniers. Al-Mursalat [49]

Then in what statement after the Qur'an will they believe? Al-Mursalat [50]
